Chat of the Day 5/08/2015

   Hello Team, today is Friday, May 8th. Today we are going to focus on the last part of The Core Four; Staying connected. Chick-Fil-A defines this as a way to show genuine interest. By staying connected with our guest, we are showing them that they are important to us. It makes our guest feel care for. (Has anyone seen the pattern with all the steps of The Core Four yet?) We strive to build a personal connection with each one of our guest. Which is why The Core Four is such a key part of our success.
   What does it mean to "Stay Connected"? It means to keep an interest in a person. We can do this in several ways. For example; Remembering the name of your guest when you go to hand them their drink. (Remembering a guest name shows that you took interest in them enough to remember it.) When we do table touch ins. (Checking in with each and everyone of our guest lets them know we care enough to make sure they are enjoying their time with us.) These are just a few ways to stay connected that we already do everyday but it is important that we make sure every guest that walks through our doors has their own amazing experience with us.
   The best way to remember The Core Four is to make it a habit. We want every team member and leadership member to not only remember The Core Four but to put it into action. If we all put forth a great effort in doing this we can greatly increase our Be "Re"markable scores. Have a great shift!
