Hello team, today is Wednesday May 6th. Today, we are going to focus on the 2nd part of The Core Four, Share a Smile. When we share a smile with our guests it can greatly impact their day. A smile is a sign of happiness. Most people enjoy being around positive and genuinely happy people. It's one of the reasons Chick-fil-A is rated so high when it comes to customer service. It's because we have a wonderful smiling team. Happy, smiling employees can help create happy, smiling guests. A smile can go a long way for a person. It may not seem like much but for a person who is having a really bad day, it can be a ray of sunshine. We share a smile with our guests to show them how happy we are that they came to visit with us today. We want our guests to feel more like family and less like a customer. Its why we call them guests. (Its like they are a guest in our house except that house is our restaurant.) We strive to go above and beyond in our interactions with everyone of our guests. Sharing a smile is just an easy part of it. Just look at all of our amazing smiles! Whether we are happy or not, smiling in spite of how we are really feeling is a persons choice. Each and everyone of us should strive to leave behind how we are really feeling, and put our guests first. When we keep a positive, happy and smiling persona about ourselves, our guests can feel it. It can in turn change how they are feeling and/or how they feel about us at Chick-Fil-a. So let's all try and remember to share our smiles with everyone of our guests today. Have a great shift!
