![]() Earth Day (April 22, 2015), as well as the entire month of April, provides a great opportunity to connect with customers and share information about Chick-fil-A sustainability efforts, whether energy or water conservation, foam cup recycling, LEED certification or other local efforts. This year, Restaurants have an extra incentive to plan a local marketing activation around Earth Day. Operators and Restaurant Marketing Directors (RMDs) can submit ideas on how they plan to activate locally for Earth Day. And we would like to hear from you. Each store has the opportunity to submit ideas (Kids events, crafts, etc). Ideas will be evaluated on how well they support the Create Raving Fans® strategy (Operational Excellence, 2nd Mile Service, Emotional Connections) while communicating Earth Day themes. Top Three idea submitted chain wide will be chosen to be featured on @Chick-fil-A-Marketing. If your idea is chosen we will have you featured on our Be"Remark"able Team Board. Ideas must be submitted to Susan at info@chickfilasouthside.com by midnight on Wednesday, March 18th. Winners will be announced and best submissions shared on Saturday, March 28th.
