Over the next few months our Chick-Fil-A at Southside Blvd and the Avenues Mall blog will be posting a lot about different ways to help us as a team improve. Chick-Fil-A is putting a big focus on the Be "Re"markable score. The score refers to the likely hood to return or the likely hood to recommend. We would love for both of our locations to exceed the goals we set; which is why this blog site will be posting regularly about the different stories about how our teams are being remarkable.
We receive feed back in a few different way; The cem report (that's where we get the information from our surveys), the Chick-Fil-A Cares team (when someone calls Chick-Fil-A and we receive an email regarding the feedback), Our Customers Cares (customers feed back given inside the store or over the phone) and Our team (Sometimes customers don't share their experience with us so, its important to get feed back from or team). Each feedback tool is useful in it own way and these tools are a great way to discover where we have room to improve. Its important to remember that even though there is room to improve that doesn't mean that we are currently doing a bad job. Each week we want to share a story about how one or several members of our team going the extra mile. We want everyone to see the good job we are doing while at the same time continue to learn and use new and old tools that Chick-Fil-A and our Leadership team have given us.
